We had one hell of a nice thunderstorm last night!
Still the odd grumble since I got up too. Still feels quite hot, but at least it's rained at last, hopefully won't feel as much like Hell's Kitchen at work today...

Took the parents and my little sister to see the EventPlan re-enactment at High Woods, which was cool. Met a rather tasty guy in Lion Rampant who's a friend of a friend. Wouldn't mind seeing more of him...! *grin*

Did they used to do re-enactments at Framlingham Castle about ten years ago? Do they still do them?

Keep hearing about this thunderstorm, but I managed to completely miss it somehow (even though it did hit London, according to friends of mine).

Had a quick squizz at their back-list of dates and they were at Framlington in 96. They're up near King's Lynn this weekend, so thinking of popping up to watch on Saturday.

Thunderstorm
You missed a good one... Woke me up at about 4 this morning with an almight crash like they'd set a bomb off under all the ammo dumps in the town... I guess you were not quite close enough this time...! Ipswich got it too, though. We all got soaked going to work this morning...

Yes we did, but haven't for a while.
Our shows just depend on which places want to book us each year. It's up to the castles really, not us.

We'll be in Framlingham on Friday actually, but that's for a wedding, not a show.
We have a show the next day and Sunday at Castle Rising, but I don't actually know where that is yet. About an hour drive from Framlingham, I'm told.
Come see!
