Damn bloody pharmacies should have the blasted medicines they're supposd to dispense!
I went to the drs at 6.30, in and out no probs. Went to get my prescription, cos I had to take it tonight. However, find out local Tesco has closed its pharmacy, ao off to the big one about 15 mins away on the bus. Get there and they have a new system, so its taking up to an hour to dispense, arse, but I have a book, so no big deal. 8pm, and the pharmacist comes up and says, I'm sorry, we've run out of that today, you'll have to go somewhere else. Like where? Oh, Tollgate Sainsbury's is open to 9, so you can go there. Tollgate is completely the other side of town from where I am! Make pharmacist ring said pharmacy to make sure they have got said item. Toddle off outside, to find that the last bus that goes from there to Tollgate has already left so have to get a taxi. Get to Tollgate about 8.30, finally get damn prescription and take up residence in bus stop to wait for last bus back into town. Get into town at 9.30 starving hungry and rather grumpy, ready to walk home. However, bought myself a pizza for dinner on the way, cos it was pay-day today... Cheered up with that! Now bed calls - strill recovering from last night...
