Grrr! As one of the unemployed at the moment, I find this situation horrifying!
I agree with Squid about the legalisation of prostitution, but this situation is ridiculous. Perhaps they should amend the law to allow people to refuse work on moral or religious grounds (I can't see some religions allowing work in abattoirs, for example). I think that it might be something that you should have to appeal on, not an automatic right, as it could easily be abused, but as it stands it is a Very Wrong Law.
[Edit]: Could they force you to donate sperm/eggs, to become a surrogate mother, to have sex with someone against your natural sexual preference? *shudders*
Could you claim it's infringing your human rights?
