Consipracy? Crap or some truth?

This was on a mailing list I read, and it intrigued me. Like all conspiracy style essays, it makes a lot of sense to the layman, but I'd appreciate those scientists among you giving me reasoned examples of where they are right and wrong... I'd like to find the kernel(s) of truth that all these things are based on, but I don't have the scientific knowledge to interpret this fully.

SIXTEEN. When you lose, don't lose the lesson

SEVENTEEN. Remember the three R's: Respect for self; Respect for others; and responsibility for all your actions.

EIGHTEEN. Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship

NINETEEN. When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.

TWENTY. Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice.

TWENTY-ONE. Spend some time alone.
