Forced marriage

I'm currerntly indexing a rather interesting document by the Home Office and FCO, consulting on whether there should be a specific law against forced marriage. It's interesting to see the reasons why it shouldn't be introduced... I've always been opposed to forced marriage, and would probably have said it should be criminalised if asked à propos of nothing, but this is making me think.
