As you may be aware, the TV programme ‘Who do you think you are?’ has inspired millions of people in the UK to explore their personal heritage. Following the unprecedented success, Brand Events have teamed up with Who do you think you are? To launch the UK’s first ever national history show, giving more people than ever before that chance to learn about their heritage. The largest event of its kind, 'Who do you think you are? Live' will be staged at London’s National Hall, Olympia in May 2007 and will attract up to 15,000, AB visitors from across the UK

Who Do You Think You Are? LIVE will attract established historians as well as people new to the subject and will offer visitors the opportunity to meet more historians than ever before, in workshops as well as one-to-one. The line up includes leading TV Historian David Starkey and genealogist and house historian Nick Barrett. Nick, a staunch advocate of bringing history to the masses and inventor of the term ‘personal heritage’ has been working closely with Brand Events in the development of the show. House historian Jonathan Foyle, family history specialists Guy Grannum, Paul Crooks, Else Churchill and Mike Gandy will all be there along with many more expert historians. There will be in depth information on how to begin exploring personal heritage and advice on the best use of the technology available, as well as a wealth of products and information for those already some way into their journey.

I have outlined a brief description of the event below – for an electronic copy of the sales brochure please reply back to me on jayk @ brandevents.co.uk
